This tutorial was written for those

that have a working knowledge of PSP.

This tutorial was made in Paint Shop Pro 13. But any should work.

Paint Shop Pro

EyeCandy 6 (Alien Skin)

Font: DRAGONSx

The tube I used is art from: Ismael Rac ~ You can get the artwork here.

Scrap Kit by: SassyDebs. You can get it here.

Please refer to my tag at any time.

Open new image 800 x 800

Choose a frame from the scrap kit. I choose frame 10. Drop Shadow.

Now choose a paper from the kit and open in psp. Resize it up or down if

needed. Now with your magic wand click inside the frame. Now copy and

paste paper as new layer. Then go to Selections>Invert then hit your delete

button. Selection>select none. Now on your layer palette pull your

background to below the frame. Drop Shadow.

Now re-highlight your frame layer. We need to resize it. I resized to 200

pixels. Open tag 3 and we are going to rotate it. Image>Free Rotate settings:

have free checked and have 30.00 in the box and check right for the rotations

then ok. Copy and paste and place in bottom left hand corner or where you

wish.

Now open rose 7 or one of your choice. We need to resize it. I resized to 50

pixels and I flipped it. Image>Flip and rotated. Image>Free Rotate to same

setting as above. Rotate right at 30.00. Copy and paste as new layer and place

over the tag hole. Drop Shadow.

Open the owl and resize it to your liking. Copy and paste to the lower right

corner. Drop Shadow.

Open hat of your choice and resize and copy and paste and move to on top of

the owls head. Drop Shadow.

Open a pumpkin and resize and copy and paste to lower right corner. Drop

Shadow. Resize the pumpkin even smaller and place at lower left corner

bottom of tag. Drop Shadow.

Open a bow of choice and resize to your liking and copy and paste and place

at center top of frame. Drop Shadow. Choose a flower resize to 50 and copy

and paste and place in the middle of bow. Drop Shadow.

Open a butterfly of choose. Resize to 200 pixels. Copy and paste to right top

corner and arrange to your liking. Drop Shadow.

Now open Happy Haunting in the wordart folder. Resize to about 300 pixels.

Now go to Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin eyecandy 6: Text Selection>Gradient

Glow. Follow the setting in picture below. Copy and paste as new layer. Place

just across the bows bottom in the center. Drop Shadow. Note: If you more of

an orange glow after copy and pasting just go apply the gradient glow one

more time.

Now choose your tube of choose. We are going to go back to the tag layer so

be sure that layer is highlighted. Click on your magic wand and click insid the

tag area. Then either stamp your tube face/body part/etc, in the tag dancing

ants or if you are copy and pasting go to Edit>copy>paste into selection. Then

Selection>Select none.

Now highlight your top layer and add a new raster layer. You can use the

same tube or another tube of same artist you are using. Then either stamp

your tube in the tag or if you are copy and pasting go to Edit>copy>paste into

selection. Arrange tube how you want it. Drop Shadow.

Add proper © copyrights, watermarks, URL. And save as a template in psp or

psd format.

Add your text and effects. Selection>Select all>float>defloat. I used

Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin eyecandy 6: Text Selection>Beval with settings as

below and choose your bevel by clicking on the tab click ok. Selection>select

none. Drop Shadow.

Layer>merge>merge visible. Drop shadow.

Resize (I resized to 450 pixels) and Save as PNG.

Note: I did my text name in vector so I could turn it however I want and make

it larger or smaller. Be sure you have vector choosen when in text mode to get

tiny boxes around your text to stretch it or turn it.

Polka Dot Angel

This tutorial was made in Paint Shop Pro 12. But any should work.

Supplies Needed

Scrap Kit is by: Patricia Dole ~ The scrap kit is called Polka Stripe Teal.

Please Note:

This scrapkit is in layers in one image. The best way to work with it is to highlight the layer you want copy and paste as new image. Some of the things you will need to resize to fit or to make a bigger.

This kit is longer available. You can use a different one if you like.

The tube I used is art from: Patricia Dole ~ You can get the artwork.

Please refer to my tag at any time.

Open new image 800 x 800
Choose a paper from the scrap Kit. Apply mask 116LT, Layers>Load/Save Mask>Load mask from disk, delete mask layer, then right click and merge group. Drop shadow.

Open ricrack and copy & paste as new layer and place in the upper left corner. Drop shadow.

Open flower dot frame and copy and paste as a new layer. Drop shadow.

Now select your magic wand and click inside of the frame. You should see dancing ants. Now copy and paste paper of choice (I used paper 6) as a new layer. It should be over top of frame and you should see the dancing ants. Now go to selections and click on invert then hit your delete key. Select None and bring layer down below frame.

Open stitched bar and copy and paste as new layer. Place in the lower right corner Drop shadow.

Open flower 3 and copy and paste 3 times. Place them below the stitched bar in the bottom right corner. Drop shadow all 3.

Open flower 1 and copy and paste as new layer 3 times. Place all 3 above the ricrack in the upper left corner. Drop shadow all 3.

Now add your tube as a new layer. Drop Shadow.

Add proper © copyrights, watermarks, URL.

Now add your name/text. To bevel go to Effects> 3-D> inner bevel and just choose one that you like and click ok. I used a plugin (eyecandy 5 glass effect) to get the effect for my text. Any eyecandy will work. Be sure you have the dancing ants around the name/text.

Merge,> layer,> merge visible.
Crop and resize.

Save as a PNG and your done. If you plan to offer the tag you may want to save a templet before you add text and merge layers. In either PSP or PNG format .
